Reservations at Cabo's Mexican Cuisine & Cantina in Charlotte
Located in the Johnston Road area of Charlotte, our Mexican and Latin restaurant is set up for an easy lunch, dinner, or relaxed night out. You can expect a casual, family-friendly setting with indoor and outdoor seating, a full bar, and cocktails. Use the Menu page to see current food and drink options as you plan your reservation.
Reservations are available throughout our regular hours. We’re open from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM on Friday and Saturday. Choose the time that works best for you, and feel free to share any seating preferences or important details when you reserve.

We had takeout tonight and the food was amazing. I highly recommend the Carne Asada. My husband got the Flautas and they looked amazing and he said they were. Highly recommend this place.

Service and food is always good when we go. The fish tacos are a real gem. The lunch portion of the steak fajitas is still super filling. Now that the weather is nice, the outside patio is perfect for outdoor dining! Didn't get the best photos because we were starving, but the food was super delicious.
